I am renting out my modern, new apartment during my stay in Southeast Asia (October 25th - November 30th). I live here permanently, so the apartment is completely and stylishly furnished :)

Descripiton of accommodation

The heart of the apartment is the large living and dining area with an open kitchen. From here there is also direct access to the terrace with a small garden, from where you have a perfect view of the Wilder Kaiser with sunshine throughout the afternoon.
There is also a separate bedroom with a 180x200cm box spring bed and a large wardrobe. Of course I'll make some space here :).
There is another room next door, which is mainly used as an “office” and storage room. From both rooms you have access to the small second terrace, where the sun shines early in the morning and you can relax and drink your first coffee in a hanging chair :).
There are two bathrooms with showers and another small separate room for the washing machine.

Infrastructure

The apartment is in a quiet location on the outskirts of Going. The next supermarket is just under 15 minutes away on foot, less than 5 minutes by car and the next larger ones are perhaps 2 minutes more.
The nearest larger towns (St. Johann and Kitzbühel) can be reached by car in 10-15 minutes.
The location offers countless opportunities for hiking, skiing and cycling, as well as simply enjoying nature.
