The house features a very spacious living and dining area. There is a large bedroom with a double bed and a sofa that can be converted into an additional bed. A desk is also located in the bedroom.

The generous bathroom can be accessed through the bedroom and includes a large rain shower and a double sink. The toilet is separate.

The house is located just a 5-minute drive from Krems, in a peaceful rural area. The Danube is only a few meters away, making it the perfect location for cycling, hiking, walking, and relaxing.

A restaurant is just a 5-minute walk away, and there are also several traditional wine taverns (Heurige) in the surrounding area.

Guests & Visitors

Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.

Please adjust noise levels according to the time of day.

Kindly remove street shoes in the entrance area.

Keys & Gate Opener

Front door key is in the key box.

Gate opener is hanging in the wardrobe (please return it after use).

Mailbox key is located next to it.

Smoking

Not allowed inside the house.

Smoking is permitted in the courtyard (ashtray available).

Pets only upon request.

Light Switches

When switching off, there is a short delay of a few seconds – the light will not turn off immediately.

Kitchen & Equipment

Please leave the kitchen clean.

Use kitchen appliances responsibly and switch them off after use.

Tap water is of excellent drinking quality – no bottled water needed.

Iron and ironing board are in the large wardrobe.

Hairdryer is available in the bathroom cabinet.

Safety

When leaving: close windows & turn off lights.

Make sure all stovetops and electrical devices are switched off.

Please note: the front door locks automatically.

Close the automatic entrance gate after entering.

Always return the key to the key box.

Please switch off the electric patio heaters after each use (very important!).

Fire extinguisher and first aid kit are in the pharmacy cabinet (far right in the kitchen).

Please separate waste into paper, glass, and residual waste.

Bins are located in the courtyard.

Use electricity & water sparingly.

Please ventilate briefly (shock ventilation).

Too warm or too cold? We will adjust the underfloor heating for you.

Bathroom radiator: turn on with the left knob, then switch off again.

Netflix: please use the guest account.

Board games are in the front of the kitchen island. Books are available for use.

Washing machine is available.

Please use only detergent tabs – place them directly in the drum.

No dryer available.

Drying rack is in the large wardrobe.

Parking

You can park as many cars, motorcycles, etc. in the courtyard as space allows.

Do not park in the marked area.

Bicycles are only allowed in the courtyard (NOT INSIDE THE HOUSE!).

Children's toys are in the living room.
