Descripiton of accommodation

We recently renovated the whole place with a lot of love. The apartment is very close to the center of Klagenfurt, faces against west and is very brightly.

You will have a stunning view to the sunset. The apartment is very quiet as we established noise insulation windows.

The bed of the apartment is hidden in a closet and has the size of 140 x 200 cm. In the daytime you just close the cabinet and have then a lot of space in the room. Bed linen and towels are included.

A little kitchenette with 2 hobs are good for cooking small things. China, cutlery and pots are included. The fridge also has a little freezing department.
The bathroom is quiet large for this small apartment and stylish in grey. All very clean and newly renovated.

If you need, you can use the laundry room in the house. Just let us know with the booking because we need to prepare an extra key for you.

The apartment is very close to the city center. Just one traffic light to the Ring of the city enter. Within just 5 minutes you are at the well known Benediktiner market and just one street away from that you are at the city center of Neuer Platz.

Klagenfurt offers a big variety of shopping, restaurants and as well as cultural events.

Just around the corner you'll find 3 different food retailers - Billa, Lidl and Spar.

Included of the apartment there is one car parking space straight in front of the entrance. So you'll not have any problems with parking zones and vandalism.

As well you can use the safe bicycle room of the property.

House rules

As we are in an apartment complex we can not accept partys in the apartment. Please note that around 22.00 the noise must be down at room volume.

Please don't smoke at the apartment.
