Descripiton of accommodation

Our flat is located in Vienna's 16th district Ottakring in a quiet street. This is very close to the recreational area "Wienerwald" at the foot of the Wilhelminenberg. Enjoy the 5m2 south-orientated sunny balcony with a view of the opposite hill with its gardens and villas.

Our newly renovated flat has a bright living room, a bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a large storage room with wardrobe. All rooms are tastefully furnished with an oak wooden floor. The bedroom consists of stylish solid oak furniture; handmade by the carpenter, the double bed measures 160x200 cm.

The bathroom has a wash basin with illuminated mirror as well as shower, storage box and towel dryer - radiator. The WC is separate from the bathroom. Towels and bed linen are provided in our flat.

The living room consists of a dining table with 2 leather - swing chairs, leather sofa, a solid oak - table as well as boxes, glass cabinet and shelfes. We have a Smart TV with Netflix.

The kitchen is completely new and has induction ccoking hobs, oven, built-in microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, washing machine, Nespresso and filter coffee machines, toaster and electric waterheater. dishes, cups, cutlery, pots, pans, cleaning products etc... are also available.

The easiest way to reach our flat from Vienna International Airport is by taxi, which takes about 30 minutes. By public transport, take the CAT City Airport Train to Wien Mitte-Landstraße, from there change to the metro U3 and travel to metro station Ottakring. Directly in front of Ottakring underground station, take bus 46a and travel 5 minutes to Kempfengerngasse. After a 4-minute walk you are in our flat

Vienna Hauptbahnof - central station: Take the U1 and get off at Stephansplatz, change to the U3 and get off at Ottakring. Directly in front of Ottakring underground station, take bus 46a and travel 5 minutes to Kempfengerngasse. After a 4-minute walk you are in our flat.

It takes about 4 walking minutes to reach the next bus station Wilhelminenstraße/Kempfengerngasse.

In about 4 minutes by foot you reach the next bus station Wilhelminenstraße/Kempfengerngasse, from which you can reach the underground station Ottakring in 5 minutes; the metro line U3 drives directly to Vienna Westbahnhof, Mariahilferstraße, Volkstheater or Stephansplatz... If you want to take the tram, walk 12-15minutes, it will take you from the stop Sandleitengasse via Gürtel, Josefstädter Straße directly to the city centre (City Hall, Parliament, Ring, Opera...) and further.

In approx. 10-12 minutes by foot you reach a shopping centre, SPAR, DM, pharmacy, furniture store, snack bar, restaurant...

The nearest shopping facilities (SPAR, DM, pharmacy, post office, furniture store, snack bars. various shops...) can be reached in a 10-12 minutes walk: Sandleitengasse shopping centre.

If you want to take the tram to various places in the city, it will take you from the Sandleitengasse stop via the Gürtel, Josefstädter Straße directly to the historic centre (City Hall, Parliament, Ring, Opera...) and further beyond to the other side of the city of Vienna.

Plachutta Grünspan: This traditional Viennese restaurant with a beautiful large garden can be reached within a 16-18-minutes walk at the Wilheminenberg. Achillion: This Greek restaurant is also about 18 minutes walk from our flat.

You can walk or hike directly from the flat in the villa areas of Vienna. In a few minutes you can reach the Wilhelminenberg with many walking paths and a wonderful panoramic view over Vienna. You can walk to Heurigen (typical rustic) - restaurants or enjoy the vineyards of Vienna, e.g. in Dornbach; Ottakringer Wald...
