This unique attic penthouse (non-smoking, no pets) in a quiet yet central location in the heart of the Tyrolean Oberland is suitable for up to 4 people. This special accommodation exudes the charm of the 1960s. A harmonious blend of modern and mid-century furnishings makes this apartment unique. You can use the entire property for your vacation or workation stay. It features a 32 sqm living room with kitchen and a 32 sqm covered terrace, two bedrooms (12 sqm and 14 sqm) with double beds (160x200 cm and 180x200 cm), a 5 sqm bathroom, and a separate toilet. The spacious 18 sqm basement offers space for your sports equipment, bicycles, skis or snowboard, etc. Two parking spaces are available in front of the house and directly in front of the stairs leading to the apartment.
The eco-friendly house is heated by geothermal energy (underfloor heating), and electricity is generated on the house's own roof. The apartment has its own ventilation system to protect against pollen and ensure a constant supply of fresh air. Free Wi-Fi is available. A fully furnished and equipped kitchen includes an espresso machine, kettle, toaster, oven, refrigerator, freezer, vacuum cleaner, iron, and ironing board.
