We would love our guests to feel completely at home here and simply ask that the house, garden and quiet neighbourhood are treated with care and consideration.

No parties or large gatherings.

Please be considerate of our neighbours, particularly in the evening and at night, and avoid excessive noise.

Smoking is not permitted inside the house.

Visitors are of course welcome. Any additional overnight guests should simply be discussed with the host in advance.

Please treat the house, furniture, garden and grand piano with care. The tenant is responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their guests.

The grand piano may be played during the daytime.

When leaving the house, please close the windows and switch off lights and electrical appliances.

Guests are very welcome to enjoy the garden and use the fresh herbs growing there; we simply ask that everything is treated with care.

Pets only by prior agreement.

On departure, please leave the house in a tidy condition and return all keys as agreed.
