The guest registration form must be filled in with all the guest's details, such as: full name, gender, date of birth, nationality, passport or ID card number and issuing authority, date of issue, total number of guests travelling, your permanent address, your e-mail address and your telephone number. Before submitting your information, you must also sign it for confirmation.
-Since we use a self-check-in system, you can check in anytime after 3pm (there are NO late check-in fees). You are welcome to request early check-in, but this is not guaranteed and we can only confirm shortly in advance. Please contact us at least 48 hours in advance!
-Tell us in advance how many beds you need. Usually we prepare for 2 persons a double bed, if available and not two double beds etc.
-Please refer to the platform you used for booking for the policy on refunds. If a refund is not possible and you are unable to travel for mitigating reasons, please contact the platform or your travel insurance company for a possible refund!
-Please be so kind and follow the Austrian tradition of not wearing street shoes in the apartment (Imagine you used a public toilet beforehand.
