Centrally located accommodation with three bus lines (1, 10, and 27) departing directly in front of the property – one heading toward the airport, the other two toward the city center/train station and the south.
You can also quickly reach Kapuzinerberg, Stiegl’s Brauwelt, Müllner Bräu, and the Old Town on foot.

The apartment is very well laid out. The toilet and bathroom are small, while the kitchen and dining area are spacious.
There is a small bedroom with a 1.40 m bed and a cozy living room with a sofa bed for two additional people.

The apartment also offers a balcony where you can relax outside.
There is a small inner courtyard below – therefore, please do not throw anything down or make excessive noise :)
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor. There is no elevator available.
