The Fondachhof, where you will live, is located at the base of the Gaisberg, the local mountain of Salzburg in the Parsch district. Surrounded by a park and surrounded by villas, you are only a few minutes away from Salzburg city center. The view of the peaks of the nearby mountains is just as appealing as the fortress Hohensalzburg, the landmark of the city. In the attic of the Fondachhof, under the antique beam construction of this venerable palace from the 11th century, a stylish apartment was created on 110 square meters. In the eventful history of the building, this was used as a boutique hotel, among other things from the 50s. The idea and the screenplays for the film "Sissi" were conceived and written down here. So this apartment got its name.
