The apartment is very spacious and spread over two floors. The first floor features a kitchen-living room, a loggia, and a bathroom with a toilet. The second floor features a large bedroom with a bunk bed and a double bed, as well as another bathroom with a toilet.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and all necessary kitchen utensils. Wi-Fi and a TV are also available.

The building has a swimming pool and table tennis, and a sauna can also be used upon request with the caretaker.
