The easiest way to reach us is via the A1 and A9 motorways.

Take exit 36 (St. Pankraz) towards Pyhrnpass Straße/138. Then turn left onto the B138 towards Hinterstoder. After approximately 1 km, turn left onto "Kniewas" (intersection with Outdoorcamp Steyrbrücke) and follow the main road to Hinterstoder.

Those arriving by train can take a shuttle from Hinterstoder station directly to the village of Hinterstoder. Fees may apply.

House rules

This studio is our passion project, so we ask that the following basic rules be followed:
+ Keep the studio clean and tidy
+ Please wash the dishes
+ Please separate trash
+ Collect used towels and tea towels in the bathroom at the end of your stay, and please remove the bed linens from the bed
+ When leaving the studio, please close windows and doors and turn off the lights
+ Please observe the quiet hours in the house between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.
+ Please report any damage or missing items to us immediately

- Smoking is NOT permitted in the apartment
- No parties or events
- No excessive noise or loud music
- No drugs or other illegal substances
- No overnight guests not listed in the reservation
- No pets (no matter how cute they are)
- Do not throw hygiene products down the toilet, only toilet paper
- Please do not walk down the stairwell with your ski boots on
