Descripiton of accommodation

The house is super modern, has a spacious layout and is very sunny. Around the house on the large terrace you will find several cozy places that invite you to linger. Approximately 100 m above the property there is a vantage point that offers a view of the entire foothills of the Alps. From the house itself you have a view of the Salzburg mountains between two houses. In the immediate vicinity are the Mattsee, the Obertrumersee, the Grabensee and the Wallersee. Many other lakes can be reached after a short drive. The Hildegard von Bingen Center is located in Kirchberg itself. In Mattighofen, nine kilometers away, you can visit the KTM Motor Hall. In 30 minutes you can reach the city of Salzburg with all its highlights.

Very close by (ten minutes by car) is the holiday resort of Mattsee with a beautiful, public lido including boat rentals. Here you will find two nice hotel restaurants on the lake promenade. One with an open fire and a view of the small yacht club. Also recommended is the Stiftskeller with a sheltered guest garden.

In eight minutes by car you can reach the lido Lochen am See.
