The tiny house is fully furnished and has all the utensils you need to live in immediately without any hassle.

The house has a bedroom, a children's room/study, a kitchen-living room, a bathroom with toilet, air conditioning, a terrace and its own garden.

The tiny is very thoughtfully designed and laid out, so that the 25m2 appears much larger. The solid wood creates an excellent atmosphere in the house. And the terrace and garden for your own use are further highlights.

The nearest bakery is around 6 minutes walk away. The nearest supermarket can be reached in 4 minutes on foot.
The nearest pharmacy is a 6-minute walk away.

Restaurants: Within walking distance are, for example, the Italian restaurant Alfredo (5 minutes), the Viennese Wirtshaus Nigels (6 minutes), the upscale Wirtshaus Grünspan (10 minutes) and the Heuriger 10er Marie (10 minutes). There are a few other recommended restaurants nearby that we would be happy to provide information about.

Bus: The bus stop that takes you to the center is just a 1-minute walk away. No matter whether you want to attend concerts or explore the Ringstrasse with its historic buildings. By bus you can reach the Stadthalle, the Museum Quarter (MQ), the Bellaria, the Volksgarten and the Parliament without changing.

Subway: It's an 11-minute walk to the subway, which takes you to Mariahilferstraße in 15 minutes and to St. Stephen's Cathedral, Kärtnerstrasse and the Inner City in 20 minutes.

What is there to experience in our district?
- The hip Yppen district with diverse cuisine and Europe's longest street market is nearby.
- The Nibelungen district is also worth a brunch.
- The Vienna Woods - largely completely designated as a UNESCO biosphere park - is within walking distance.
- And the town hall, one of the largest event centers in the city, is around 15 minutes away by bus in the neighboring district.

House rules

- Smoking, vaporizers and e-cigarettes are not allowed in the house.
- Commercial photography and filming is not permitted.
- The city of Vienna's quiet times are between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. - intended for outside.

- Please keep the house clean and use it as if it were your own.
- Please turn off the lights when not in use.
- The water is high spring water directly from the mountains 180 km away and can be drunk directly from the pipe - please handle it carefully.
- Turn down the heating when leaving the house.
- Please take off your shoes at the front door (they can be left in the house)
- Regular ventilation (opne Windows and doors) is requested.

If something breaks, please let us know immediately so that we can repair it and find a replacement.

Cleaning and linen:
On arrival you will find the house perfectly clean and fully equipped. Personal care products, towels and linens are provided.
Under the sink in the kitchen you can find free cleaning kits - some common detergents and sponges to take care of the small cleaning that may be necessary during your stay, also washing powder.

You can find a washing machine in the second bedroom in the closet. There you can also find floor-cleaning-tools as well as a cordless vacuum cleaner. Feel free to use them!
For those staying for more than five days it is possible to request the change of towels (Euro 6.00 for each set) and bed linen (Euro 12,00 per bed).
On request it is also possible to ask for the periodic cleaning service of the accommodation at the price of Euro 70,00 per service.

The house is available for personal use and needs. This means no events, no production or processing of materials in the house or on the property.

Water and electricity consumption is calculated for normal, personal use.
E.g. the use of the washing machine including dryer is calculated for a maximum of 2-3 times per week. Everything above that would have to be charged separately. Electricity charging for e-cars would also be charged extra.
