Cosy townhouse close to the city center surrounded by green countryside.
It has a terrace, balcony, garden and private parking. You can see the mountain Untersberg towards south.
The location is very quiet - the building complex is connected by a private lane only.

Kitchen with dining area and the guest bathroom are on the first level.

The living room can be reached by a short stair (mezzanine) and includes another dining area, an office desk and a TV-lounge area with internet streaming. From there you can enter the terrace including an electrical awning and the garden 100 square meter garden (approx 1000 sq feet).

In the next mezzanine is the master bedroom and the master bathroom with bathtub, shower cabinet and window.
You have a great view into old trees from both of those rooms.

In the upper mezzanine there is one more bedroom. It has access to a balcony which faces south. It has a single be which can be extended with another bed at a lower level.

The public pool Leopoldskron (Freibad Leopoldskron) and the pond Leopoldskron (original filming location of The Sound of Music) are in a short walking distance. The festival district of the old town can be reached in 5 minutes by car or 25 minutes by foot. A public bus stop, a grocery and a pharmacy are in short walking distances.

There are lot of footpaths in the adjacent nature preserve area.

Cat Charlie loves his freedom and hangs out around the house with his friend Baloo. If we are not here: he has his own flap-door leading to a separate souterrain-room - his own safe haven with food machine. If you like to - Charlie is happy to keep company with you.

Prices are for 2 person occupancy.
For each additional person is an extra charge of € 10,00 per day.
