- Smoking is not allowed inside the appartment. If we notice that you've been smoking inside, we will charge you with 50€ for excessive cleaning

- Parties or similiar events are strictly forbidden. If the police is called upon you when contacted by neighbours, you will be fined for 500€ by the police.
If we find the appartment dirty from partying (sticky surfaces/floors, hat excessive amount of bottles, etc.) and/or we are notified by the cohosts in the building, that you are disturbing rest hours, we will charge you with an extra fee of €200 for breaching of house rules and excessive cleaning.

- Please obey the rest hours from 22:00 - 07:00. If you are arriving/leaving within these hours, please try to avoid talking in the hallway and any loud rampaging with your luggage. Keep the conversation inside on a normal level and keep the volume of music low.
