The rate is dependent on the season in which you would wish to come. The price includes everything: laundry, taxes and municipal costs.

The town of Liefering – only a few kilometres from the Old Town of Salzburg – is a green oasis in the south of this historical city. The fabulous landscapes enchant their visitors, regardless of the season, and invite participation in all manner of sporting activities: in the summer, just a few minutes by foot from the chalet is a tennis court (also with an indoor hall), playground, horseriding facilities, hiking trails, the magical castle set on a lake, wonderful jogging routes, a climbing park, an indoor activity paradise for children, or the idyllic ‘lake of fuschl – a lake surrounded by trees, just begging for you to jump in to its refreshing waters.

Of course, you can also make full use of the provided bicycles. We are happy to provide you with suggested hiking trails and jogging routes. Right on the doorstep, is the cable car which leads up to the Unterberg and from there, a wonderful view of the mountains in the area.

In winter, numerous skiing opportunities are just a 15-20 minute car journey away.

For these reasons and many more Liefering is a stunning resort and has won the hearts of many, including famous conductor Herbert von Karajan and actor Karlheinz Böhm.

Within short distance is Hellbrunn Castle, with its wonderful park and the unique Salzburg Zoo, with its domestic and exotic animals. Also very well-known and highly recommended are the traditional taverns, enjoyable bars, cafes, an outstanding bakery, a supermarket and a hairdresser – all very close by.

Despite the peaceful and rural location, Anif is fantastically well- connected: the beautiful Hellbrunn Allee is only 15 minutes away by bike and downtown Salzburg is a few minutes away by car or 10-15 minutes by bus. Here, with its narrow streets, unique atmosphere and all the places of interest, art and culture find themselves at home. It is not only the spirit of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart that can be felt on every corner, but the filming locations from ‘The Sound of Music’ are also waiting to be discovered. In addition to this, the most well-known lakes such as the Wolfgangsee, the Fuschlsee and the Wallersee are a mere 30 minutes away. At these locations, watersports are available in abundance.
