We are happy to offer you our small country style villa with direct views over the mountains.
The house is situated in a beautiful, large, sunny garden, with complete furniture -perfect for relaxing and an open grill area.
For groups of larger than 10 persons, we can offer accommodation in our apartment house which lies directly next to the
villa or we have further holiday homes available.
To welcome you there is a home made "Guglhupf" and a bottle of prosecco.
Golling is a wonderful place in summer for hiking, biking, rafting, watersport, motorboat, waterski, angling, swimming tennis,
golf and more.

Beautiful strolling and hiking paths lead directly away from our doorstep. The romantic Bluntau valley with a brook and the Golling
waterfall are nearby.
As we are only half an hour away from Salzburg the Salzburg sights are easily reachable.
There are many other possible excursions that can be reached within a a short time.
Golling is so centrally situated that a new experience can be had everyday without going too far a field.
If interested in art, culture, sport or health Salzburg county offers a large variey.
If, in the late afternoon, you are tired and desperately seeking relaxation, aqua salza, only one minutes away from our house, offers you

For young and old there are table tennis facilities, a swing and other childrens toys provided in our own garden.
Everything will be prepared for your arrival. The beds will be made; table coverings and towels will be positioned ready for use.
In winter for sledging, cross country ski-ing, ski-ing and swimming. We would, with pleasure, lend you our sledges.
All known ski areas can be reached within a short time. There is also a ski bus which will take you to the next ski area free of charge.

Ski areas, are around our house, start from 10 minutes a small ski area and large ski areas from
20-30 minutes. Also for cross country skiing, snowboarding, ski tours, snowshoeing, sledging, winter walking, horse riding
And lot of more things.
The family-friendly, cosy, comfortable country house is equipped with a very large, bright and friendly kitchen with dishwasher,
microwave, coffee- and tea-machine, oven and hob etc.
The dining room with flat screen TV has direct access to the terrace, which is perfect for evening relaxation.
A large living room provides complete relaxation after a day spent in Salzburger Land.
Free access to Wi-Fi, a flat-screen satellite TV with all languages you need.
Three spacious, comfortable 3 bedrooms double beds and also sofa and balcony having a direct view over the mountains, offer you a peaceful
nights sleep in your holiday. Possible to sleep for 8-9 people.
And we made in the basement a small bedroom for also 1-2 person, but its a celarbedroom, only that you notice that.
The 2 modern bathrooms in Italian style, are equipped with shower and bathtub and 2 separate toilets.
Our villa is situated in a superb place on the edge of woodland, surrounded by meadows.

Despite the peaceful, quiet location of the villa, you are only 5 minutes walk away from the centre with many good restaurants,
nice bars, shops and tourist information, a health spa and play area.
Important information
Please note that a mandatory final cleaning fee of EUR 160 per stay is not included
in the chalet rate and is payable directly at the guest house.
Guests will be contacted by the hotel after booking for arranging a bank transfer of the deposit.
