Waste Disposal: There is a waste room located to the left when you exit the main door onto the sidewalk. The key that unlocks the main door also unlocks the waste room.
It is forbidden to dispose of trash or garbage bags in the mail bin next to the mailboxes, as it is exclusively for mail. Please do not leave trash or garbage bags in the hallway or stairwell.

Noise: Please keep noise at room level at all times. Observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 6 AM (avoid any noise sources in the apartment and on the terrace, and speak softly).
Parties and similar events are strictly prohibited.
