We're delighted to have you as our guest. To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone and to preserve the peaceful atmosphere of the Winten vineyard, we kindly ask you to observe the following guidelines:

1. Peaceful retreat – no parties:
Our house is a place of rest and relaxation. Please refrain from hosting loud parties or gatherings – out of respect for nature and our neighbors.

2. Respect the neighborhood:
Please keep noise to a minimum, especially during early mornings and evenings. Be mindful of the privacy and tranquility of nearby residents.

3. Waste separation:
We kindly ask you to separate your waste (paper, plastic, glass, residual waste) and use the designated bins. Thank you for helping us protect the environment.

4. Property boundaries:
Please use only the grounds belonging to the Kellerstöckl. Adjacent areas are private property and not part of the rental space.

5. Parking:
A private parking space is available for you. Please use this space only and keep driveways and access routes clear at all times.

6. Safety & tidiness:
When leaving the house, please make sure all windows and doors are closed. Bicycles can be stored safely in the designated cellar area.
