Cleaning:
One monthly cleaning service is included in the monthly rate. Additional weekly cleaning can be added for EUR 30 per week.
Parking:
We can offer long-term car parking in the close-by (150m) parking garage in Odeongasse 2-4 for a monthly parking fee of EUR 172.
Extra person:
Please note that the stated monthly rent applies to one person only. For any additional person there is an additional charge of EUR 90 / month.
Pets:
We are happy to welcome pets as well, please note that there is a pet charge of EUR 50 /month.
