Description

The building Brigittenauer Lände 42 is located directly at the Danube Canal, at the corner of Friedensbrücke, which connects the 9th district with the 20th. At the Friedensbrücke is a stop of the subway U4, which in tandem with the U6 surrounds the city center and leads from the villas and palaces in Hietzing to the Wine-Heurigen (taverns) in Nussdorf and Heiligenstadt, as well as to the districts east of the Danube.
The traffic connection via the U4 as well as the tram lines 5, 33 and 31 and the bus line 5B connect with almost all parts of the Viennese city area in few minutes. The first district can be reached in less than 10 minutes, on foot in a 15-minute walk through the river parkland.
The whole 20th district is short-term parking, but around the apartment block there is always a parking spot available, albeit for a small fee (7:00 to 19:00 hrs).
The bank of the Danube Canal is designed for joggers, cyclists and walkers as well as for other outdoor sports activities and recreation.
The area surrounding the apartment block offers supermarkets, boutiques, bakeries, cafes and eateries of all kinds, a theater, fitness studios and beauty parlors, as well as dry-cleaners and other services. And Vienna's most popular open market is only a 15-minute walk distant.

The bathroom and the toilet have very good ventilation and the apartment as a whole is equipped with a sensor-controlled moisture control ventilation, which guarantees a pleasant climate and prevents the formation of mold.
The room lighting can be regulated by remote control. Apart from all kitchen amenities, a high-speed Internet connection, WLAN, TV and telephone are available.
