House rules

From 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, peace must not be disturbed in any way, especially not by loud radio listening, watching television, making music, partying, construction work, etc. Even during the day, any shouting and noise, especially during quiet hours, should be avoided by residents.
Washing machines should not be operated during nighttime hours.
Residents are required to keep their apartments clean. No solid waste such as food scraps, garbage, cat litter, etc. should be thrown into the toilets and drainage pipes. The lids of the trash containers must be kept closed. Attention should be paid to waste separation (organic waste, residual waste, paper, glass, metal, plastic, etc.).
Smoking in the in the apartment, in the stairwell, in the elevator, in the entrance area, and on balconies is not permitted.
The placement of objects of any kind in the hallways is not allowed for fire safety reasons.
