The studio apartment is about 36 m2 and offers all the comfort that a short-term tenant needs. The living room has a double bed and a large closet. If necessary, an extra bed can be provided for a third person for a fee. The studio has a dining table and a desk for comfortable use, as well as a cable TV (flat screen). Wi-Fi / WIFI is available for free. The kitchenette is fully furnished. The tiled, bathroom is equipped with bathtub and toilet. In the anteroom is the cloakroom. The balcony invites you to linger (smoker). There is a laundry available directly in the house, which offers a variety of washing machines and dryers. (Cost per wash EUR 1.00).

The infrastructure leaves nothing to be desired. Along the Salzach river, you can reach the city center within 10 minutes on foot. In addition, you will find everything else within walking distance:
