The apartment or the house in which it is located was built in 1974. It was renovated with a lot of love and passion in 2025. You can look forward to a classically cozy interior. A harmonious blend of antiques and modernity.
You can expect 4 separate bedrooms. Each of the bedrooms has a special "treat".
Bedroom number 1 has old furnishings, but of course new mattresses in the bed. Here the size of the room is clearly the delicacy. If you wish, a piece of furniture could be added here for you to work on.
Bedroom 2 is a small room but has a new 140 x 200 bed and a small desk that you can use for work.
Bedroom 3 is the same size as room 2 but here we have a TV as a goodie.
Bedroom 4 has a small alcove with a washbasin as a benefit.
Each of the bedrooms has access to the balcony from which you can relax with a view of the mountains.

The living room has many uses. Whether you want to use the large table for a cozy meal, watch TV together or retreat to the windowsill alcove to read a good book in the beautiful light.

The kitchenette is small but "oho". Brand new & fully equipped with everything you have in your kitchen at home!

The bathroom still has the tiles from 1974, but the furniture is new and this room has also been modernized with a lot of love. There is also a washing machine with built-in dryer.

Als besonders Highlight gibt es auch noch einen Spieleraum. Ein Billard Tisch, ein Schachtisch, Dart & Spielkarten, alles vorhanden um den Tag noch in geselliger Runde ausklingen zu lassen.
