This apartment is located in a 6-unit building in the green Leopoldskron-Moos district and was renovated in 2021.
Minimum booking period is 30 days; due to current legal regulations, this apartment is not available to tourists, only to professionals temporarily working in Salzburg.
The apartment consists of a large kitchen connected to the living room, a large bedroom with a work area and is equipped with everything you need for daily use, including an ironing board, bed linens, etc. A washing machine is in the apartment and a dryer in the basement in the common room. Bathroom with a bathtub - toilet separate. A small balcony/loggia with a view of the Untersberg mountain is also available.
A designated parking space is included with the apartment. The city center can be reached by bus in just a few minutes.

No smoking in the apartment and in the common areas of the building.
Smoking only permitted outdoors

Quiet hours
between 10.00 p.m. and 6.00 a.m. all noise-generating activities must be avoided (no vacuuming, drilling, DIY etc.),
furthermore, the volume of TV and hi-fi equipment must be regulated accordingly. The use of terraces etc. must also be restricted to quiet
conversations etc.
On Sundays, noise-generating activities may only be carried out between 10.00 a.m. and 12.00 noon.

Washing machine/dryer:
* Use of the dryer must be agreed with the other tenants
(use NOT permitted between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.; permitted on Sundays between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m.)
* There are no fixed usage times for the respective rental units.
* Laundry in the drying room must be removed as soon as possible after drying and made available for other tenants.
* Please only hang laundry in the drying room or outside so that no mold can form in the apartments.
Parking bicycles / cars:
* Bicycles can be parked outside in the bicycle rack or in the cellar below the staircase
* Please park cars exclusively along the access road along the green
meadow; this also applies to visitors.
Vehicles must be parked in such a way that the passage of garbage collection
trucks etc. is guaranteed at all times
