The bright living room has approx. 20 m2 and invites you to linger after long working days. There is also a smart balcony, which is ideal for soaking up the sun and also for smoking if required. Please observe the strict smoking ban in the apartment itself. The fully furnished kitchen is separate, which has the advantage that odors remain in the kitchen. The kitchen also has a window for sufficient light and ventilation. The private washing machine is also located here.
The bathroom has a bathtub with shower niche. The WC can be accessed separately.
