Descripiton of accommodation

The apartment is located on the third floor (no elevator) of a building surrounded by two gardens that you can use together with your neighbors. It is fully equipped and ready to move in. Perfect as a home office in a relaxed atmosphere. Some of the furniture has been specially selected to create an atmosphere of Viennese charm.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, induction hob, dishes, glasses, cutlery, Moka Espresso Pot and kitchen towels. The living/working room contains a desk, dining table, chair and sofa. The spacious bathroom with a bathtub invites you to relax, towels are provided. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed, wardrobe, floor lamp, chest of drawers and a floor lamp next to the bedside table. Two bedding sets are provided. The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine, vacuum cleaner and necessary cleaning supplies.
