Welcome to this charming 3-room vintage apartment in the south of Salzburg. The rooms were furnished in the 1980s, and the furniture, electrical fixtures, and plumbing have been updated several times, most recently with a toilet, LED lighting, smoke detectors in all rooms, and a burglar-proof fire door.

A laundry room in the building with two washing machines, a dryer, and two drying rooms is available at any time; no advance notice or waiting for specific days is required; laundry can be done whenever a machine is available.

Bicycles can be parked in front of the house or in a dedicated bicycle room. There are parking spaces for cars in front of the building, which can be used with a user card, subject to availability. If the on-site parking lot is full, the public street can be used during the day from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., free of charge, but with a parking meter for 3 hours each.

The owner will personally hand over the keys and introduce the apartment. He is available 24/7 for any questions.

Upon entering the apartment, you will immediately be enchanted by its rustic charm. The wooden ceilings in the entrance hall and living room, as well as the traditional, rustic furniture, give the space a warm and inviting atmosphere. From the living room and bedroom, you have views of Hohensalzburg Fortress, the Untersberg, and other mountains in neighboring Bavaria. From the breakfast room, you can see the Gaisberg and Tennengebirge mountains.

The apartment in the south of Salzburg is very centrally located. In the immediate vicinity (Herrnau center) are a Eurospar, a Hofer (Aldi), a drugstore, a pharmacy, a shoe store, a bank, a daytime café, and two restaurants.

The "Faistauergasse" trolleybus stop is a five-minute walk away. You can check departure times online at any time using the "Salzburg Mobil" app. Since three lines (3, 8, and 12) serve the stop, a trolleybus usually arrives every three minutes during the day. In five minutes (two stops), you'll reach the Künstlerhaus, the Landesgericht (Regional Court), and Kaigasse, the old town. On foot, you can reach the old town in about 20 minutes via Hellbrunner Straße and Freisaalweg.
