This cozy and very bright 3-room maisonette apartment is perfect for short-term rental. The 63.4 m² apartment impresses with its well-planned layout.

On the 1st floor, you enter the apartment through a practical wardrobe area. Conveniently, there is a guest WC in the foyer (a second WC is located on the 2nd floor) and access to the fitted kitchen, which is equipped with a dishwasher and many practical features. The space continues into the inviting dining area, featuring a solid wood dining table and comfortable chairs. From here, your view extends to the living area, offering a perfect chill lounge or an armchair for reading. A small balcony adjacent to the living area (1st floor) invites you to enjoy views of the Untersberg.

An internal staircase leads to the 2nd floor, where you will find a charming bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm, new mattresses), ample storage, and access to a terrace (2nd floor). Here, you can also enjoy wonderful mountain views and fresh air. The children’s or guest room is located opposite the bedroom, featuring a 120 x 200 cm bed, additional storage, and a small desk. Between these rooms is the bathroom, which includes a second WC, a washer, a dryer, a washbasin, and a bathtub with shower curtain.

The apartment also comes with a large underground parking space. Directly in front of the residential complex is a bus stop, providing excellent connections to Salzburg or Hallein.
