The bus station No. 39 is almost directly in front of the front door, with this one gets in about 10 minutes directly to the center (Jacominatzplatz).
Paid parking spaces on public well are right outside the front door, costs for a day ticket Mo-Fri 9 € / day, SA and so free. Two supermarkets (Spar + Billa) are within walking distance in about 5 minutes. The center (main square) is within walking distance is about 20 minutes to reach.

At the moment there is a construction site nearby, which could cause noise during the day. If this could be a problem please I ask for contact ..

House rules

No parties, smoking only permitted on the balcony, sufficient ventilation is dinner, rest period from 20:00 - 06:00 clock, the house rules can be viewed on request.

Further information
