Descripiton of accommodation

The flat is quietly located on the third floor of a beautiful residential complex. From there you can reach the Europark on foot, so that you can easily buy everything you need. A bus/coach stop and the Taxham S-Bahn station are also just a few minutes away. The motorway is just a few minutes away and there is a private car park right outside the front door.
The residential complex is very quiet, both in terms of the neighbours and the location. From the living room and thus from the loggia you have a wonderful view of the Untersberg. The sun shines on the loggia and into the living room all day long. The flat has three bedrooms, two of which are equipped with a workstation. The smallest bedroom has a sofa bed, so that the room can be used either as a bedroom or as a living room. The flat has a separate toilet and a bathroom with bathtub and window. All windows are fitted with roller shutters and fly screens. The well-equipped carpenter's kitchen has a large ceramic hob, an oven, an American fridge and a dishwasher.

It's worth cycling in Salzburg, you can get to the old town in 15 minutes and don't have to look for a car park. The cycle path leads directly there without passing any major roads. The buses and trolleybuses can also be reached in a few minutes. You can also walk quickly to the S-Bahn.
The motorway entrance is also within easy reach. If necessary, you can be at the airport in 15 minutes.
