Welcome to our apartment! To ensure your stay and the stay of future guests is as pleasant as possible, please adhere to the following rules:

1. General Behavior

• Please treat the apartment and its inventory with care.
• Inform us immediately of any damage or defects.
• Respect the privacy and comfort of the neighbors. Avoid loud noises, especially between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

2. Use of the Apartment

• The apartment may only be occupied by the persons specified in the rental agreement.
• Parties or large gatherings are not allowed without prior approval.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment. Please use the outdoor areas for smoking.

3. Safety

• Close all windows and doors when you leave the apartment.
• Do not leave burning candles or other open flames unattended.
• Keep escape routes clear at all times.

4. Waste Disposal

• Waste separation is mandatory. Use the provided bins for residual waste, organic waste, paper, and plastic.
• Trash bags must be properly sealed and disposed of in the corresponding garbage bins.

5. Cleanliness

• Keep the apartment clean and tidy during your stay.
• Please clean any used dishes and leave the kitchen in an orderly state.
• Dispose of your garbage regularly.

6. Pets

• Pets are only allowed with prior arrangement and approval.
• Ensure that pets do not damage furniture or other items.

7. Emergencies

• In case of an emergency (e.g., fire, medical emergency), contact the appropriate emergency services immediately (emergency number: 112).
• Also, inform us about the emergency.

8. Internet Use

• The use of the internet is allowed for professional and private purposes.
• Any illegal activities over the internet are strictly prohibited.

9. Liability

• The tenant is liable for any damage incurred during their stay.
• The landlord assumes no liability for the tenant’s personal belongings.
