The apartment is about 60 m2 in size and offers all the comfort that a short-term tenant needs. WLAN/WIFI is available free of charge. The kitchenette is fully furnished. The tiled bathroom has a bathtub and toilet. The cloakroom is in the anteroom. The terrace invites you to linger (smokers). There is a launderette right in the building, which offers a variety of washing machines and dryers. (Costs per wash EUR 1.00).
