This 3-room apartment impresses on the one hand with its great central location and on the other hand with a view over the roofs of Salzburg!

The apartment is about 60 m2 in size and offers all the comfort that a short-term tenant needs. WLAN/WIFI is available free of charge. The kitchenette is fully furnished. The tiled bathroom has a bathtub and toilet. The cloakroom is in the anteroom. The terrace invites you to linger (smokers). There is a launderette right in the building, which offers a variety of washing machines and dryers. (Costs per wash EUR 1.00).

The infrastructure leaves nothing to be desired. Along the Salzach you can walk to the city center within 10 minutes. You will also find everything else within walking distance:
