Famous Kärntner Straße as well as the Opera House and Albertina Museum is just six short tube stops from the apartment (9 Minutes to "Karlsplatz"). "Naschmarkt", Vienna's biggest flea market with food stands offering cuisine from all over the world can be reached within 7 minutes with the tube (stop at "Kettenbrückengasse") and "Wien Landstraße", a major transportation hub, offering express trains to the Vienna Airport is just 12 minutes via tube.

Generally, street-parking in Vienna is fee-based and limited to a maximum of two to three hours in order to guarantee enough parking space for residents. However, this apartment offers access to a gated private side-street (a remote control is necessary to open the gate). This side-street is excluded from the fee-based parking!
