Beautiful, modernly furnished and quiet 3-room apartment (110 m²) on the 3rd floor (elevator available) in the immediate vicinity of Schönbrunn, the U4 underground line and with a green view of Springerpark.

The rooms have parquet floors, branded interior doors (Bruckner) and branded windows (F-Actual).

The living room is furnished with two sofas, a glass table and a HÜLSTA display cabinet, in the dining area there is a wooden table with designer leather chairs.

The spacious kitchen (approx. 10 m²) contains the following equipment: new quiet washing machine (Siemens), new dishwasher (Bosch), refrigerator (AEG), ceramic hob (AEG), electric oven (AEG), extractor fan (AEG) and microwave (AEG).

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, 2 bedside tables, a large 3-piece wardrobe, a smaller wardrobe and an IKEA cupboard.
