The general house rules of the “Anderl” house must be observed. These are displayed by the janitor.

The Anderl apartment house belongs to a community of apartment owners and is used for rest and relaxation. The communal facilities such as the sports and hobby rooms also belong to the community of owners. Therefore, all co-owners and guests of the house are requested to treat all facilities with care and respect as if they were their personal property.

- Smoking in the apartment is prohibited (permitted on the balcony)
- Barbecues and open fires (also on the balcony) are prohibited
- Dogs are not allowed
- The parking of vehicles of any kind outside the designated and marked areas is prohibited.
- Sports equipment (bicycles, skis, toboggans, slides, etc.) must be brought into the house via the specially designated cellar entrance and parked in the ski cellar directly behind it
- The common rooms, such as the ski cellar, table tennis room, multi-purpose room, laundry room and bowling alley, may only be used for their intended purpose.
- The sauna and swimming pool in the house may not be used.
- Escape routes must not be obstructed. This also applies to the corridors. In particular, no bags or shoes are to be left in the corridors
- During the general quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. and generally on Sundays and public holidays, any disturbing noise must be refrained from. Children must also be instructed to do so.
- Waste separation applies in Hintermoos - please adhere to this. Waste should be placed in the bins provided. Bulky waste such as cardboard boxes must be shredded. In the event of particularly heavy use of the bins (holidays or lack of collection), the property management will provide additional bin bags. Dust and waste, as well as cigarettes etc. must not be thrown out of windows or terraces.
There is a small recycling center for glass and tin waste in front of the “Bachschmied” inn. This waste has no place in the Anderl's container (due to waste separation).
- The apartment may not be sublet

Unfortunately, the swimming pool and sauna may not be used at the moment. The use is reserved exclusively for the owner.
Registration (secondary residence) with the municipality of Maria Alm must be completed within 3 days of moving in. You will receive further information and the form from us.
Bed linen (sheets and covers) and towels must be brought along.
We are not on site ourselves but can be reached by phone, email, telephone or messenger for our guests.
