It invites you to leave your daily routine behind and completely unwind in an absolutely quiet location. With 3 bedrooms on the upper floor, it offers enough space for larger families or friends who enjoy traveling together. Additionally, the cozy sofa in the living room provides 2 more sleeping spots.

✔ Keep the apartment clean and tidy, report any damages or missing items promptly

✔ Close windows and doors when leaving the apartment
✔ Always return the key to the keybox when leaving the apartment

Violation of house rules will result in the following fees:
⚠ € 300 for excessive noise, disturbance, and unauthorized parties
⚠ € 300 for unauthorized smoking and associated special cleaning
⚠ € 200 for unauthorized pet presence and associated special cleaning
⚠ € 50 per hour will be charged if the check-out is not done at the specified time and we have not been informed
⚠ € 50+ for increased cleaning needs (depending on the unit's condition)
⚠ € 80 service fee for key replacement in case of lost key

ONLINE CHECK-IN BEFORE ARRIVAL:
For registration purpose in the state of Carinthia, we need the fully completed online check-in form BEFORE ARRIVAL from all travellers. You will receive it 1-2 days after your booking!

PARKING:
You can park directly in front of the apartment with a maximum of 2 cars. Please park in a way that allows enough space for others. If you arrive with more than 2 cars, you can first unload your luggage directly at the apartment, and then park your car for free at the large parking lot opposite the Nockalmbahn cable car station. (150 m)

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT:
Our self-check-in allows a flexible arrival from 3:00 PM onwards. Check-out should be done by 10:00 AM at the latest so that we can prepare the apartment for our next guests.

INTERNET & SMART-TV:
In our holiday apartment, fast Wi-Fi is available for free, as well as a 55" Smart TV with free access to Netflix.

SURROUNDINGS:

The apartment is a non-smoking accommodation. Please respect this and smoke only outdoors.

CLEANING:
The apartment is thoroughly cleaned before each check-in. During your stay, cleaning utensils such as broom and dustpan are available. Upon request, you can request an intermediate cleaning for an additional fee. However, we need to clarify this individually with our cleaning staff and cannot guarantee it.
