This brandnew renovated apartment (38 m²) with nice garden ist just 5 minutes away from the Old town of Innsbruck.

A modern and bright living/sleeping room with big windows. The nice terrace with its small garden gives you the possability to have a fantastic chill out time in the middle of the city center. Perfect to relax or just to have a nice breakfast outside.

The flat has a double bed (180x200 cm) and a couch (1,60 m) to relax. Everything comes along with fresh bedclothes. Above that the flat has got Internet/WIFI and a big UltraHD-Smart-TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime for free! Smoking is possible, but outside!

KITCHEN
Separate small brandnew kitchen with stove/oven (induction), dishwasher, fridge, italian espresso machine and many more kitchen-facilities.

BATHROOM
Comfortable bathtub/shower, fresh towels and hair dryer.

IMPORTANT
