The apartment is located in the 10th district in a charming neighborhood with mix of cultures and plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants that serve food for every palate. Besides large supermarkets (bipa, billa, tobacco, etc.) there are also plenty of small grocery stores in the area that are open on Sunday.
Besides numerous restaurants the location offers something for everyone:

In just a few minutes you can reach any business you need for everyday life. A grocery (Billa), tobacco, pharmacy, drugstore, various snacks are within a 2-5 minute walk from the apartment.
Directly behind the house are tram lines 6, 11 and line D, which will take you to the main train station or the center of Vienna in less than 10 minutes. And if you stay in town for a long time, there is a N6 bus night line just around the corner.

House rules

When they are in the apartment, they feel at home. However, they also have consideration and note that other tenants live in the house. Children are welcome in the apartment. Parties, pets and smoking are not permitted in the apartment. The house rules state that from 9:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. This means that no loud activities such as drilling are permitted in the household. Please understand that the keys to the apartment must be observed and a loss of the keys will be charged at 100 EU. Bed linen and towels are provided (person / 2 bed linen / 2 towels). If a cleaning service is desired during the rental period, we will be happy to organize it for you. The cost of the service can be seen as an additional service and the cost is 50 EU / week.

Further information

You can park in front of the house. Please note that the cost of parking is 2.20 / hour and the maximum parking time is 3 hours on weekdays Mon-Fri 19-09. Near the house (5 minutes on foot) there is a garage that can be paid either per hour (1.20EU) or day (approx. 10 EU).
The landlord is available to answer any questions.
