The apartment has been renovated with a focus on healthy living: Ethernet ports in every room, a cut-off switch in the bedroom – Wi-Fi of course can be switched on whenever it is needed.

The Kunsthaus is a 15-minute walk away, the Hauptplatz or Jakominiplatz a 20-minute walk. By bus you can get to Jakominiplatz in 6 minutes.

The location? Central and convenient: buses stop just around the corner and connect you directly to Jakominiplatz, the Opera, the University, or the Lend district. The train station and the Kunsthaus are a short 15-minute walk. Graz is also a cycling city through and through. If you’re driving, we’ll gladly help with parking.

Our apartment is non-smoking and allergy-friendly.
Playing classical musical instruments and singing is permitted during the daytime. However, to reduce impact noise and to protect the parquet flooring, we kindly ask you not to wear high heels indoors, not to host parties, and to avoid loud activities. Please also observe the building’s quiet hours from 10:00 pm, so that all residents can enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep.
