Despite the very quiet location, public transport connections and the town centre of Bad Ischl are only a few minutes away on foot.

House rules

No parties are allowed in the house, as it is a two-family house with a permanent tenant. Pets are not allowed, nor is smoking allowed in the house. There is an additional extension room on the balcony, but smoking is permitted there. Separation of waste is required for the garbage cans located by the house
