Descripiton of accommodation

The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms with comfortable beds, wardrobe and seating. One room has 19 m2 and the 2nd room has 13 m2. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, a sink with a base cabinet and a spacious mirror cabinet. The toilet is spatially separated from the bathroom and there is a hand basin there. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a washing machine. The balcony in the inner courtyard (accessible from the kitchen) has nice seating with a view of the garden and the Innsbruck mountains. All important buildings (clinic, university...) are within walking distance. All facilities for daily life (grocery stores, restaurants, pharmacies...) can be reached within a few minutes' walk. Park your car (maximum height of 2.10 m) in the nearby private underground car park. A garage parking space is available free of charge.

Infrastructure

10 minutes to the old town and the center of Innsbruck on foot

All facilities for daily needs can be reached on foot in just a few minutes. The university, clinic (you may want to be close to a loved one being treated at the clinic), MCI and the Innstadt are also within a 5 to 15 minute walk. Several grocery stores can be reached within 1-5 minutes. You can take public transport directly to the nearby countryside. For example, the tram goes towards Igls and Bergisel. It is possible to cycle directly from the apartment to the beautiful cycle paths on the Inn in just a few minutes.

House rules

- No parties, bachelorette parties, etc. are allowed, but there are small bars within walking distance where you can celebrate comfortably
- no pets please
- Non-smoking apartment and non-smoking house
- We are very happy about guests who take off their street shoes before entering the apartment and are happy to provide slippers
- Quiet hours are between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m
