Apartment City Center Salzburg

Newly renovated apartment in a central location! The main station can be reached in about 3 minutes by walk. The city center can be reached in about 10 minutes by foot. If you still want to use the public transport, there are numerous bus lines or the S-Bahn available. Generally, it makes sense to move on this great location by foot, but if you still arrive by car there are about 30 parking spaces for the entire house. These are awarded according to the first come, first serve principle.

Despite the central location it is a quite flat. The apartment is located to the 7th floor, which is easily accessible by elevator. Even the triple glazed windows do their job.

Washer and dryer are in the basement and are available to all residents against washing coins (available from the caretaker).

The compact apartment is equipped with a double sofa bed (1.60 x 2.00). In addition, an inflatable double mattress, if required, can be provided by the landlord.
The bathroom has a large glass shower with comfort shower.

This apartment has all the amenities that a short-term tenant needs. You just have to arrive and feel good!
