Descripiton of accommodation

The apartment Lasörling is on the third floor of our house. Quietly located with its own entrance at the stairwell. The hallway of the house offers the opportunity to hang coats. On the right is the living room, furnished with furniture and a TV with internet connection.
The kitchen with dining table, chairs, cupboard is well equipped. A dishwasher is not available.
On the left side of the entrance there are two sanitary facilities with a shower, toilet and sink. You enter the bedrooms through the sanitary facilities.
There are spacious balconies with a view of the high mountains on both the north and south sides. Very good WiFi.

Infrastructure

The bus stop is easily accessible. You can use this with the guest card. The bank and the municipality are also located at the bus stop.
Supermarket, restaurant, pizzeria and ski lift (winter) can be reached on foot in about 5 minutes.

House rules

No parties are allowed. After 10 p.m. it should be quiet in the house. Enter the house with clean shoes, otherwise store your shoes in the drying room. No smoking, not even on the balconies. Request for correct waste separation. Be economical with electricity and water.

Further information

There is a shared ski and drying room. Be careful with each other's stuff.
Parking area is shared use.
This also applies to the east terrace. Occasionally this can be used in a respectful way. There is a laundry room where you can wash your clothes. Only possible on request from the owner. Extra charge.
The payment of a local tax of 2 euros per person per night is obligatory. You will receive a guest card for this, which you can use to travel by bus in East Tyrol free of charge.
