Descripiton of accommodation

The apartment has its own entrance and in front of the entrance there are two parking slots for the guests.
We have a big living room with couch, open equipped kitchen (with dishwasher and microwave) with al little bar and a big table for eating on the ground floor.

On the first floor there a two sleeping rooms, one with a bunk bed and a double bed and one room with two single beds. From both rooms you can get on the balcony to have a great view over Obertrum and to the lake. It is also a bathroom with toilet and shower on the first floor. On the backside there is a wood so it`s a real silent sourrounding near the nature but also near the center!

You have many shops, grocery stores and restaurants near in the center of Obertrum (about 3 minutes with the car) and in about 10 minutes by foot you are at the Obertrumer lake. If you want to drive to Salzburg city it takes approximately 15 minutes with the car.
