Apartment by Castle Park

The apartment is primarily suitable for 1 person and consists a fully equipped living/bedroom with WLAN/satellite TV and broadband internet and exit to a 6 m² balcony with a beautiful view of the green surroundings. Balcony furniture is available, so in the nice season you can stay, eat and finish the day outside.

The view from the living area to the sleeping area can be covered with vertical blinds. and the flat screen TV be turned to living or sleeping area just as needed.

The sleeping area provides a spacious bed (1.40 x 2 m with 2 bedding drawers) and a bedside table with lamp, the anteroom with its room-high wall unit plenty of storage space. The compact fully equipped kitchenette with hot air oven, ceramic cook field and fridge with freezer box as well as the bathroom/WC are equipped with ventilation. The supply of hot water and heating happens via an easy-to-control Combi Boiler with thermostat.

The living/bed room is equipped with parquet floor, anteroom, kitchen and bathroom/WC with tiles.

Overall the apartment is more than fully equipped; from cooking pots, crockery, cutlery, glasses, to bed sheets, towels, hairdryer, cleaning supplies, vacuum cleaner, broom, cleaning mop, dryer rack, ladder, umbrella, shoehorn, and more.

Additionally available are a small cellar compartment with shelves and as separate shared facilities a laundry (washing machine, tumble dryer, with coin operation, to be paid separately) and a room for bikes.

The landlord speaks English.

There are house rules containing usual standards regarding mutual respect, cleanliness, silence and order.

There is a manual in German and English in the apartment. It contains the house rules, instructions for use of household appliances, useful information regarding the use of common areas, parking regulations, waste disposal, and important telephone numbers.
