The apartment consists of an anteroom including a kitchenette, a bathroom and a spacious living room/bedroom.
Anteroom and living area are equipped with high-quality parquet, the bathroom is tiled on the floor and on the walls. The whole apartment is equipped with electric underfloor heating.
In addition to a dishwasher and induction hobs, the kitchen also has an oven. In addition to pots, crockery and cutlery, there are also many other useful cooking utensils (mixing bowl, hand mixer, hand blender, etc.) available.
The bathroom consists of a modern shower, washbasin and toilet including a soft-closing device.
The large living room/bedroom is divided into several sections. Immediately adjacent to the anteroom are large boxes, in which there is space for plenty of other things as well as clothing.
The box spring bed is somewhat shielded from the entrance.

Liesing train station (large multi-storey car park!) can be reached within a few minutes by bus or express train.
There is a paid parking lot in the immediate vicinity of the apartment, which also rents long-term parking spaces, depending on availability.
