The apartment comprises an entrance hall, a spacious living room with two sofas that can also serve as beds, a large kitchen with dining table, a separate bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with bathtub and washbasin, and a separate toilet. The bright rooms and the quiet atmosphere of the small residential building make this an exceptionally comfortable base for longer stays.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, steam cooker, coffee machine, cooking utensils and tableware. For everyday needs, the apartment also features a washing machine, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner and cleaning supplies. Bed linen and towels are included.

A private entrance and a dedicated desk make the apartment well suited for business travellers, expats and project staff.
