The apartment is entered via a private entrance via the anteroom, whereby all rooms are entered on one level.

The apartment has basic cooking equipment, crockery and cutlery, a pad coffee machine, dining table with chairs, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge, stove, as well as glasses and wine glasses

In addition to a desk, the sleeping area was integrated into the spacious studio. Pillows, blankets and linens provided. The walk-in wardrobe is equipped with hangers and hooks. ´Television is possible via streaming. The streaming provider must be organized by the tenant. The sleeping area has shutters.

From the living area you enter the terrace and the private garden, which has been furnished with an outdoor dining area with garden furniture.
